The Program Check-in and Return System is a customized computer program designed to automate the processes of checking in and returning user programs. The program is designed for the community access center and provides for the recording and tracking of program episodes through the playback process. The Program Check-in and Return System software also directly integrates with the Programming Management & Statistical Tracking System to assist in the management of scheduling changes.

The system is based on Microsoft FoxPro. This allows direct user accessibility of the data files from current versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, FoxPro, and ACCESS. (Developed by Ron Tribbett Consulting.)
